Commission Rules and Terms 

1. You MUST be at least 18 years or older for me to consider working with you. If I find you are below 18 years old after the work has been started or completed, the service will be terminated and you will be blacklisted.

2. Prices are set in USD and to be paid in full up front.

3. If the you choose to terminate the project after it has been started, it is non-refundable. You will be notified when your project has been started.

4. You may be regularly updated on the progress of your commission.

5. Providing proper credit of my art is a requirement, either through an @ mention or a link to my account in your credits. This applies to commercial AND non-commercial uses.

6. If you wish to use my art for use in content creation such as streaming or making videos, there will be an added flat fee of $5 per completed piece.

7. My art is NOT allowed to be used in/for NFTs or AI generation/projects.

8. If you give a deadline and the deadline's timeframe is too tight for the level of complexity of the piece, I may deny your commission.

9. I, the artist, retain full exclusive rights to the original art piece. This means I can post on various social media platforms such as Twitter or Ko-Fi. You will be tagged unless you wish to remain anonymous.

10. Timing will vary as I have a life and work outside of art and content. If any unexpected delays occur during the process, you may be notified.

11. Unless your commission is gory or NSFW, I will possibly livestream at least part of the process of working on the art unless you specify for me not to.

12. I, the artist, retain the right to refuse my services to anyone at my own discretion.

13. By ordering a commission, you are agreeing to these terms of service and understand the boundaries set forth under the section labeled "Boundaries" on this page.
